small group training is more personalized and typically involves a limited number of participants, usually no more than 4-8 individuals. This format allows the trainer to offer more individualized attention, tailor workouts to the specific needs and goals of the participants, and provide more in-depth instruction and feedback. Small group training often focuses on specific fitness goals, skill development, and ensures that each participant receives a higher level of support and guidance.
Groups are limited to 6 people. Workouts will be tailored specifically to the general needs of the group. The focus of the training is overall strength. Success will be measured by improvements in lifting ability.
In person training sessions will be held Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30am and last one hour. In addition to in person sessions, clients will receive 3 additional workouts per week. These workouts will be available via the True Coach app and a
